How I came to this work
You were probably sent here by someone you trust, to decide one thing for yourself: whether I'm someone you'd want in the room. That's exactly the right question. Everything below is here to help you answer it honestly.
Where the work started
This started as a personal necessity, not a career plan. I needed something that could actually reach the places ordinary life and ordinary advice never touched, and I spent years finding out what could.
I’ve been working with these states since I was a teenager, and I spent two decades as a student. Learning from many medicines and wise, knowledgable teachers around the world.
Only more recently did this search turn into something I do for other people. I think that order matters. I’d be wary of anyone offering to guide you somewhere they hadn’t been themselves, first and thoroughly.

So, before anything else, I help your body and mind understand it’s alright to relax, feel, and open up. I stay actively involved the whole way, holding the space by making it a soft, nurturing container.
Once it’s over, my real goal is simple: can you keep it?
A breakthrough you can’t sustain was just a nice afternoon. Thus, we build the capacity to integrate them in the long run.
